  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order without any penalty if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the cancellation process.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item according to our Returns and Exchanges Policy once you receive it.

How to Cancel an Order

  • If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
