The Ruby Kundan Long Necklace Set is a magnificent antique gold long necklace of rare presence. A long double-strand chain of ribbed antique gold fluted beads threaded on burgundy red silk cord carries a spectacular rectangular frame pendant. The pendant frame is antique gold openwork, crowned with a sculpted bird and floral scroll top and two gold jhumka bells, surrounding a large square carnelian-red stone. Across the face of the carnelian stone, a delicate vine of Kundan accents traces a graceful diagonal arc — set with a deep navy blue onyx oval, a black onyx oval, emerald green teardrops, coral red rounds, and a white polki diamond. The outer frame is bordered by a double row of crystal chatons. Below the stone, a full fringe of brass ghungroo bells provides movement and music. The matching earrings echo the pendant's design: a gold floral and bird scroll top, turquoise-ruby-polki Kundan panel, and ghungroo bell fringe. A long necklace with a story.
